I also understand that I should not and may not participate in this activity if I am under influence of alcohol or drugs.
I will not participate at any competition.
The deposit fee is charged as a precautionary measure in view of the possible damage and no return of the bicycle and hired accessories.
The value of the bikes ar 2000 euro incl. taxes.
Bicycles are rented out clean and in proper working condition, it's the responsability of the client to check togheter with the owner of the bike before setting out for a ride. Complaints must be noted in the hire agreement before signing it.
If the client doesn't take the insurance that we offer in “option” then he is responsible for the damage.
Damaged parts or components will be replaced/repaired, the customer agrees to pay regular shop rates and retail prices for components replaced.
A fee of 15 euro/ hour well be charged if TopBikesrental needs to repatriate a bike of client.
The insurance expires when the tenant rides under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
I am aware this is an assumption of risk, waiver and release of liability and I sign it voluntary.
I have carefully read this agreement in it's entirety and understand its content.

Responsible for risk and accident.

The owner TopBikes rental, or the affiliates can not be held responsible for accidents of the clients.
The client discharges the owner of TopBikes rental, or the affiliates of any claim and fully recognizes that all risk is at his responsibility.
The client is responsible for any fines or penalties that may result from breach of the traffic laws.
The clients are always responsible for all damage caused to others physical and material.
Helmet is obligatory in Spain

Cancellation and modification of the reservation.
